Delete your Hisabify account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Hisabify and sign in.
2. Open the account menu, choose Settings, then Delete account.
3. If you own a Space, transfer it to another member first.
4. Enter your password if shown, confirm the checkbox, and tap Delete account. If you signed up only with Google, then choose the same Google account when asked to confirm.

Without the app

Email shahzadadnan3@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my Hisabify account". We will confirm and complete the request within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in, profile (name, email, phone) and notification tokens
• Your memberships in every Space and project
• Drafts and unsent recordings stored for your account on the phone, when deletion runs from the app

What is kept, and why

Expenses, payments, receipts, photos and comments you added to a shared Space stay with that Space, because the other members need complete accounts. Your name on those records is replaced with "Deleted account". Text and photos you shared may still contain details you typed or photographed; ask the Space owner, or email us, to have specific items removed. Google may keep backup copies for a limited period.
